Key Responsibilities
• Effectively deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of secondary subjects.
• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment in diverse classrooms.
• Manage student behaviour in accordance with school policies, promoting respect and engagement.
• Provide clear instructions and support to ensure all students can access the learning.
• Collaborate effectively with school staff to ensure continuity of educational provision.
• Accurately record student attendance and report any significant issues to the appropriate personnel.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent UK teaching qualification.
• Demonstrate proven experience working with secondary-aged pupils in a classroom setting.
• Exhibit exceptional adaptability and resilience when transitioning between different school environments.
• Possess strong classroom management skills and a commitment to fostering positive behaviour.
• Hold a genuine passion for education and an ability to motivate students across various subjects.
• Be available for flexible work, including daily, short-term, or longer-term assignments.
