Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate effective social communication skills among secondary students within a specialist setting.
* Implement personalised strategies to manage sensory needs within the learning environment.
* Provide tailored support to ensure curriculum access across various subjects and activities.
* Collaborate closely with teachers and therapists to create inclusive learning plans.
* Monitor student progress and contribute insights to regular reviews and goal setting.

About You
* You possess demonstrable experience supporting young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder, preferably within a secondary educational context.

* You are proactive and resourceful, capable of responding effectively to diverse learning styles and challenges.
