About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable SEN Supply Teacher to join a dynamic school in the South East, supporting primary-aged pupils. This role offers the opportunity to provide crucial day-to-day and short-term cover within specialist SEN provisions, beginning as soon as possible. You will gain valuable experience working across diverse SEN needs, making a significant impact on pupils' learning journeys.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual pupil needs.
* Adapt teaching methods creatively to support a range of Special Educational Needs.
* Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment for all primary pupils.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and other school professionals.
* Provide consistent support to pupils, fostering their academic and personal growth.
* Manage classroom behaviour positively, promoting respect and understanding.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent UK teaching qualification.
* Possess proven experience working with primary-aged pupils with Special Educational Needs.
* Demonstrate exceptional adaptability and flexibility to thrive in varied school settings.
* Exhibit strong classroom management skills, fostering a supportive and productive atmosphere.
* Show a genuine passion for inclusive education and making a difference to young lives.
* Be available for immediate starts and short-term assignments across the Essex area.
