Key Responsibilities
* • Deliver engaging and effective French and Spanish lessons to secondary students across all abilities.
* • Plan, prepare, and assess schemes of work in line with the curriculum for both languages.
* • Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement interventions as required.
* • Contribute to the development and implementation of a stimulating MFL curriculum.
* • Participate actively in departmental meetings, training, and whole-school initiatives.
* • Maintain a positive and productive learning environment that promotes cultural understanding.
About You
* • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in French and/or Spanish.
* • Proven ability to teach French and Spanish effectively at secondary level.
* • Passion for language learning and a commitment to student achievement.
* • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse learners.
* • A proactive approach to professional development and collaborative teamwork.
