Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate engaging learning experiences for primary-aged pupils.
* Support the class teacher in managing classroom activities and behaviour effectively.
* Provide tailored assistance to individuals and small groups, including those with Special Educational Needs.
* Contribute to the development of an inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
* Prepare and organise resources to enhance pupil engagement and understanding.
* Observe and report on pupil progress, contributing to assessment and planning.

About You
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting primary education and pupil development.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Exhibit a proactive and adaptable approach, thriving in a dynamic school environment.
* Hold relevant experience working with children, ideally within a primary school setting.
