Key Responsibilities
* Deliver dynamic and high-quality Chemistry lessons across key stages, fostering a deep understanding of the subject.
* Plan and prepare innovative schemes of work and resources that align with curriculum objectives.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
* Maintain a positive and stimulating learning atmosphere where every student feels valued and encouraged to excel.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Science department to share best practice and contribute to curriculum development.
* Participate in wider school activities, supporting the holistic development of all pupils.
About You
* You must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong academic background in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
* You will demonstrate a genuine passion for Science education and the ability to inspire students of all abilities.
* You are committed to creating an inclusive classroom environment where all learners can thrive.
* You will exhibit excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
* You are dedicated to continuous professional development and eager to embrace new teaching methodologies.
