Opportunities are available for long-term engagement, daily supply, or permanent placement, offering competitive daily rates ranging from £85 to £110, with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver targeted 1:1 support to a secondary pupil, addressing their unique educational needs.
* Strategically implement objectives and provisions detailed within the pupil's Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
* Facilitate the pupil's full engagement with and access to the secondary school curriculum across various subjects.
* Actively promote the development of essential independence, social skills, and practical life skills.
* Cultivate a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages positive progress.
* Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure a cohesive and holistic support approach.
