Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and accessible lessons within a specialist secondary SEMH provision.
* Implement effective strategies to re-engage disaffected learners.

* Develop and adapt a modified curriculum to meet diverse student requirements.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
* Demonstrate proven experience working effectively with students with SEMH needs.
* Exhibit exceptional behaviour management techniques and a calm demeanour.
* Show a strong capability to differentiate and modify curriculum content.
