About the Role
A flourishing school in the West Midlands is seeking a dedicated Intervention Teacher to join their vibrant primary team, offering opportunities for long-term, short-term, daily supply, or even a permanent engagement. This crucial role involves delivering targeted support across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, ensuring every pupil receives the tailored assistance they need to thrive. Commencing as soon as possible, this position offers a competitive daily rate of £150 - £180, reflecting the vital impact you will make within the school community.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement bespoke intervention strategies to address specific learning gaps.
* Deliver engaging and effective small group and one-to-one sessions across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* Diligently monitor, assess, and record pupil progress, adapting approaches as necessary.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and senior leadership to ensure integrated support.
* Provide constructive feedback on pupil development to relevant stakeholders.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications.
* Possess proven experience in delivering successful interventions across the primary phase.
* Demonstrate a deep understanding of primary curriculum requirements and assessment methods.
* Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with pupils and colleagues alike.
* Show a genuine passion for making a significant difference to children's learning journeys.
* Be adept at tailoring learning experiences to meet diverse individual needs effectively.
