About the Role
A flourishing school in Bedfordshire is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant. This primary school offers a vibrant and inclusive learning environment. We are looking for someone to provide crucial support to pupils with Special Educational Needs. This rewarding position involves helping children achieve their full potential. Available contracts include daily supply, short-term, long-term, and permanent roles, offering flexible opportunities for the right candidate. The daily rate for this role is £95 - £110, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We are looking for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to individual pupils or small groups with SEN.
* Assist in the implementation of personalised learning plans.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere for all children.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers and other support staff.
* Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
* Contribute to creating engaging and accessible learning resources.

* Demonstrable experience working with children, particularly those with SEN in a primary setting.
* A compassionate and patient approach to supporting diverse learning needs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
