About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable SEN Supply Teacher to join a dynamic school in the East of England. This exciting opportunity involves providing essential support in primary specialist SEN provisions on a daily supply and short-term basis. You will have the flexibility to work across diverse SEN needs, making a significant impact on pupils' learning and development from day one. This role offers immediate starts and a chance to truly make a difference.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver dynamic and inclusive lessons to primary pupils with special educational needs.
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse and individual learning requirements of pupils.
* Collaborate closely with classroom support staff and other professionals to ensure comprehensive pupil care.
* Cultivate a nurturing and stimulating classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued.
* Monitor and record pupil progress diligently, providing constructive feedback.
* Implement individualised education plans (IEPs) effectively to support pupil development.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and are eligible to work in the UK.
* You have demonstrable experience teaching primary pupils with a range of special educational needs.
* Your teaching approach is highly adaptable, thriving in varied classroom settings.
* You are skilled at creating engaging and supportive learning environments for all pupils.
* You communicate effectively with pupils, staff, and parents/carers.
* You are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children with SEN.
