About the Role
We are delighted to be working with a forward-thinking school and their network of local primary establishments, seeking a dedicated Primary Supply Teacher. This dynamic role involves providing essential classroom cover across various key stages within the Biggleswade area. You will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, ensuring pupil engagement and continuity of learning. Opportunities are available for immediate starts, offering a competitive daily rate ranging from £145 to £160. We can facilitate various contract types, including daily supply, short-term assignments, long-term placements, and even permanent positions.

Key Responsibilities
* Delivering engaging pre-planned lessons effectively to diverse primary year groups.
* Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere at all times.
* Implementing established school policies and behaviour management strategies consistently.
* Adapting quickly to new school environments and varying pupil needs.
* Providing comprehensive feedback on pupil progress and classroom activities.

About You
* You must possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) for teaching in the UK.
* Proven experience working across various primary key stages is essential.
* Exceptional classroom management skills and a proactive approach are required.
* You demonstrate excellent adaptability and flexibility when facing new challenges.
* A strong commitment to fostering a supportive and stimulating learning environment is vital.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are highly valued.
