We are offering flexible contract arrangements, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent positions, with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to primary-aged pupils with SEN.
* Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans and learning strategies.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers to create an inclusive and engaging classroom atmosphere.
* Support pupils in developing essential social, emotional, and communication skills.
* Observe and record pupil progress, providing valuable feedback to teaching staff.
* Encourage independence and boost confidence in all learning activities.

* You possess verifiable experience supporting primary-aged children with Special Educational Needs.
* You demonstrate a calm, patient, and empathetic demeanour in all interactions.
* Excellent communication skills allow you to connect effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
* You are proactive and adaptable, thriving in both collaborative and independent work.
* A genuine commitment to inclusive education and pupil well-being drives your professional approach.
* You hold a strong understanding of safeguarding principles and practices within a school setting.
