About the Role
A highly regarded school in the West Midlands is seeking an exceptional SEN Supply Teacher to join their dedicated team. This dynamic role involves providing vital cover across various specialist SEN secondary settings, delivering engaging lessons within an adapted curriculum. You will be instrumental in maintaining a supportive and stimulating learning environment for pupils with diverse special educational needs on both a daily and short-term basis.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and accessible lessons tailored to the specific needs of secondary pupils with SEN.
* Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning space.
* Provide individualised support and guidance to pupils, fostering their academic and personal development.
* Collaborate constructively with teaching assistants and other support staff to enhance learning outcomes.
* Uphold the school's positive behaviour policies, promoting respect and high expectations.
* Adapt teaching methods and resources to accommodate a wide range of learning styles and abilities.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience working with secondary-aged pupils with SEN.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for supporting the development and progress of children with special educational needs.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire learners.
* Be highly adaptable and flexible, thriving in varied classroom environments and teaching scenarios.
* Communicate effectively with pupils, colleagues, and parents, building strong relationships.
* Show a proactive approach to continuous professional development and a commitment to best practice in SEN education.
