Key Responsibilities
* Provide attentive and individualised support to pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
* Assist with personal care, including intimate care, always maintaining dignity and respect.
* Facilitate engaging sensory stimulation activities tailored to individual needs.
* Collaborate effectively to implement personalised therapy programmes and educational plans.
* Support pupils' communication, mobility, and independence within the learning environment.
* Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive atmosphere where every child can thrive.
About You
* Possess demonstrable experience supporting children or young people with PMLD or complex needs.
* Exhibit exceptional patience, empathy, and resilience in a dynamic setting.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
* Show a genuine commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* Be proactive, adaptable, and a valued team player within a collaborative environment.
