Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the planning and delivery of stimulating activities aligned with early years development goals.
• Provide direct support to children, encouraging their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Create and maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning space for all children.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team approach.
• Observe and accurately record children's progress, sharing insights with the team.
• Support children during meal times and personal care routines with dignity and care.

About You
• Hold a relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with children, staff, and parents.
• Exhibit a patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach to daily challenges and routines.
• Committed to promoting safeguarding and welfare best practices at all times.
• Eager to contribute positively to a vibrant school community and continuously learn.
