• Implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies effectively.
• Monitor and record student progress, providing valuable feedback to teachers and parents/carers.
• Foster a positive and engaging learning atmosphere that encourages participation and self-esteem.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues, external professionals, and families to ensure holistic student development.
