Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver an inspiring, play-based curriculum aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
• Assess and monitor children's progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with parents and carers to support home learning.
• Contribute positively to the wider school community and its values.
• Uphold high standards of safeguarding and child welfare at all times.

About You
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is an essential requirement.
• Demonstrated experience working effectively within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, colleagues, and parents.
• Proactive and adaptable, with a commitment to continuous professional growth.
• The ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and exciting classroom culture.
