About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Biology Teacher to join a forward-thinking school in Shropshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to deliver engaging Science lessons with a specialism in Biology at secondary level. The successful candidate will inspire students across various key stages within a supportive departmental environment, starting from September 2026 on a permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver high-quality, inspiring Biology lessons across the secondary curriculum.
* Foster a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
* Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of the Science curriculum and departmental resources.
* Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and school-wide professional development.
* Uphold the school's values and contribute positively to the wider school community.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Possess a strong academic background in Biology or a related scientific discipline.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching Science and inspiring young minds.
* Be adept at creating engaging and effective learning experiences for all pupils.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and the ability to build strong rapport.
* Show a commitment to continuous professional development and contributing to a team.
