Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual pupil needs within an adapted curriculum.
* Provide specialist support to secondary pupils with diverse and complex learning difficulties.

* Assess pupil progress effectively and contribute to their ongoing development plans.
* Collaborate closely with support staff and colleagues to ensure a holistic educational approach.
* Maintain excellent classroom management and promote positive behaviour strategies.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience working with secondary-aged pupils.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for supporting and advocating for learners with special educational needs.
* Demonstrate strong adaptability and resilience in diverse classroom environments.
* Hold excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
* Show a commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
