About the Role
A well-established school is seeking a dedicated Key Stage 1 Class Teacher to inspire young learners and foster a love for education. Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
• Assess pupil progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all children.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
• Contribute to the broader life of the school through extracurricular activities.
• Uphold high standards of behaviour and promote positive social development.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience teaching Key Stage 1.
• Possess a genuine passion for primary education and children's development.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
• Have a commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
• Be an inspiring communicator, able to build strong relationships with pupils and parents.
• Whether you are an Early Career Teacher (ECT), on Main Pay Scale (MPS), or Upper Pay Scale (UPS), we encourage your application.
