Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging and challenging science lessons across various key stages.
• Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support their learning.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of the science curriculum.
• Participate in departmental meetings and wider school initiatives.
• Uphold the school's high standards of behaviour and academic achievement.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in a science subject.
• Possess a genuine passion for science and a commitment to inspiring young learners.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage diverse groups of students.
• Be adept at differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all pupils.
• Show a proactive approach to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
• Capable of working collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
