About the Role
A forward-thinking school in Hertfordshire is seeking a dedicated Nursery Assistant to join its vibrant early years team. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual available for immediate start, offering various contract types including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent opportunities. This crucial role involves supporting the development and wellbeing of our youngest pupils, contributing to a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. The daily rate for this rewarding position ranges from £95 to £110, reflecting the importance of the contribution.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in planning and delivering engaging play-based activities for young children.
* Support the overall wellbeing and personal care needs of pupils throughout the day.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment conducive to early learning.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
* Contribute to the observation and assessment of children's developmental milestones.
* Uphold the school's high standards for safeguarding and child protection.

About You
* Possess a genuine passion for early childhood education and development.
* Demonstrate previous experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with children and adults.
* Be a proactive and adaptable individual, capable of responding to varying needs.
* Show commitment to continuous professional development and best practice.
* Hold relevant qualifications in early years or childcare (e.g., Level 2/3 NVQ/CACHE) or be working towards them.
