Key Responsibilities
* Provide targeted support to secondary pupils experiencing SEMH challenges.
* Implement effective strategies for behaviour management and de-escalation.
* Guide pupils in developing positive coping mechanisms for emotional regulation.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers to adapt learning materials and environments.
* Assist in creating an inclusive and nurturing atmosphere for all learners.
* Monitor pupil progress and contribute to individual support plans.

* You possess demonstrable experience working with secondary-aged pupils with SEMH needs.
