About the Role
A well-established school is seeking dedicated SEN Supply Teachers to join their dynamic team. This invaluable opportunity involves covering classes across adapted curriculum areas within various specialist SEN secondary settings on a daily supply and short-term basis. You will play a crucial role in providing continuity of learning and support to pupils with diverse special educational needs, contributing positively to their educational journey. This flexible role allows you to experience different environments while making a real impact.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to secondary pupils with special educational needs.
* Adapt teaching strategies and resources to cater to a broad spectrum of learning requirements.
* Implement effective behaviour management techniques, fostering a positive and structured classroom atmosphere.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and support staff to maximise pupil progress and well-being.
* Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all pupils.
* Adhere strictly to the school's safeguarding policies and procedures.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant for the UK.
* Demonstrate proven experience teaching secondary-aged pupils with a range of special educational needs.
* Exhibit a strong understanding of various SEN conditions and effective support strategies.
* Possess excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Show exceptional adaptability and resilience, thriving in different school environments.
* Hold a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of pupils with complex learning profiles.
