About the Role

Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate engaging play-based learning activities for young children in a nursery setting.
• Assist with the planning and preparation of age-appropriate educational resources and materials.
• Uphold a safe, clean, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
• Support children's personal care routines and promote their growing independence.
• Observe and accurately report on children's progress and well-being to senior staff.
• Foster positive relationships with children, their families, and fellow team members.

About You
• Possess a genuine passion for working with young children and their early development.
• Demonstrate previous experience in an early years setting, ideally supporting children aged 0-5.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal
