Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver a stimulating EYFS curriculum that encourages exploration and discovery.
* Assess pupil progress systematically, ensuring all children meet their developmental milestones.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support pupil wellbeing and learning.
* Implement robust safeguarding practices to ensure the welfare and protection of all pupils.
* Organise a vibrant indoor and outdoor learning environment that promotes active participation.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a thorough understanding of the EYFS framework.
* Demonstrate successful experience as a Reception Class Teacher, suitable for an Early Career Teacher (ECT), Main Pay Scale (MPS), or Upper Pay Scale (UPS) practitioner.
* Possess an unwavering passion for early childhood education and a commitment to pupil-centred learning.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.
* Showcase a proactive approach to continuous professional development and a desire to implement innovative teaching strategies.
