We are seeking dedicated and adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers to support highly regarded schools in the vibrant Hoddesdon area of Hertfordshire. This varied opportunity involves working across mainstream secondary settings, providing essential cover supervision and teaching support wherever it's needed most. You will have the flexibility to choose from daily supply, short-term, long-term, and even permanent contract options, enabling you to tailor your work to suit your lifestyle. This role offers an excellent daily rate ranging from £145 to £160, reflecting your valuable contribution to the educational community. We are looking for individuals ready to start as soon as possible, bringing their expertise and passion to diverse classroom environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging lessons across various subjects, ensuring continuity of learning for pupils.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour, fostering a positive and productive educational atmosphere.
* Provide comprehensive cover supervision, upholding the school's high standards of pupil welfare and instruction.
* Adapt quickly to different school environments and departmental requirements.
* Collaborate positively with school staff, including fellow teachers and support teams.
* Follow school policies and procedures diligently, contributing to a safe and orderly environment.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent relevant experience for secondary education.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire pupils.
* Be highly adaptable, thriving in diverse school settings and subject areas.
* Show a genuine commitment to supporting pupil development and fostering a love for learning.
* Exhibit professionalism, reliability, and a proactive approach to all tasks.
* Hold a valid DBS certificate or be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
