Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to primary-aged pupils with EHCPs.
* Assist children presenting with complex learning needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
* Implement engaging activities designed to support individual learning plans.
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff and external professionals to ensure holistic pupil development.
* Monitor and report on pupil progress, adapting support strategies as required.

* You possess previous experience supporting primary-aged children with special educational needs.
