About the Role
A flourishing school is seeking a dedicated and passionate Intervention Teacher to join its supportive primary team. This vital role involves providing targeted academic support across Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, ensuring every child has the opportunity to achieve their full potential. You will work with small groups and individual pupils, developing tailored strategies to accelerate progress and build confidence in key areas. We are open to discussions regarding various contract types, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or even a permanent position, with a competitive daily rate reflecting your expertise.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver highly effective, tailored intervention programmes for pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* Conduct thorough assessments to identify learning gaps and inform instructional planning.
* Work collaboratively with class teachers, SENCO, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to pupil support.
* Create a nurturing and inspiring learning environment where all pupils feel valued and encouraged to grow.
* Monitor and track pupil progress meticulously, adapting strategies as necessary to maximise impact.
* Contribute proactively to the school's continuous improvement journey and its commitment to inclusive education.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience within primary education.
* Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully delivering interventions across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
* Hold a deep understanding of primary curriculum requirements and effective pedagogical approaches.
* Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Show a genuine passion for unlocking every child's potential and celebrating their individual achievements.
* Be adaptable, resilient, and eager to embrace diverse challenges within a dynamic school setting.
