Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to secondary students with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
* Facilitate effective social communication skills, promoting positive interactions among pupils.
* Implement strategies to manage sensory needs, creating a calm and conducive learning environment.
* Assist students in accessing the secondary curriculum, adapting materials and approaches as necessary.
