Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver dynamic Science lessons across the Key Stages, ensuring comprehensive curriculum coverage.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
* Foster a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive.
* Contribute actively to the development and implementation of departmental schemes of work and resources.
* Participate in school-wide initiatives and the broader life of the school community.
* Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues regarding pupil progress and well-being.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) seeking your first role.
* Possess strong subject knowledge across Science, with any specialism welcomed.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for inspiring young people in the fascinating world of science.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills, creating a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
* Be committed to continuous professional development and personal growth.
* Show an ability to differentiate teaching to meet the diverse needs of all pupils.
