Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver engaging French and Spanish lessons to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially 5.
* Cultivate a dynamic and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and linguistic confidence.
* Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement in language acquisition.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of the MFL curriculum, introducing innovative teaching strategies and resources.
* Participate actively in departmental meetings and wider school initiatives, collaborating to enhance the learning experience.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in French, Spanish, or a related field.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for modern foreign languages and a commitment to inspiring young learners.
* Exhibit strong subject knowledge in both French and Spanish, capable of teaching effectively up to GCSE level and beyond.
* Be adept at differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs of all students, promoting academic excellence.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
