Key Responsibilities
* Support children's learning and development through engaging play and educational activities.
* Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for all children under your care.
* Assist with the daily routines, including mealtimes, nap times, and personal hygiene.
* Observe and record children's progress, feeding back to senior staff as appropriate.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster a supportive and cohesive team atmosphere.
* Provide tailored support to children with special educational needs, promoting their inclusion and progress.
About You
* Possess a genuine passion for early years education and child development.
* Hold a relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or equivalent.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with children and adults.
* Show a proactive and adaptable approach to supporting diverse needs within a busy nursery setting.
* Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
* Exhibit a strong desire to contribute positively to a child's foundational learning experiences.
