Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons for a small group of primary-aged pupils with EHCPs.
* Differentiate the national curriculum to suit a range of special educational needs and abilities.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants, therapists, and external agencies to support pupil development.
* Develop and implement individualised learning plans, regularly reviewing and adjusting them as necessary.
* Assess pupil progress systematically, providing constructive feedback and reporting to relevant stakeholders.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged.
About You
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possesses experience within a primary or SEN setting.
* Demonstrates a proven ability to adapt and differentiate the curriculum for pupils with complex learning needs.
* Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
* Possesses a genuine passion for making a significant difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.
* Is a collaborative team player
