We are looking for a committed educator for a long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent contract, offering a competitive daily rate of £150 - £180, with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver tailored intervention sessions for pupils needing additional support.
* Assess pupil progress meticulously and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers to integrate intervention strategies.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil achievement and intervention impact.
* Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment for all children.
* Communicate pupil progress and challenges clearly to relevant staff.
About You
* You must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* You possess a proven track record of successfully delivering primary interventions.
* You demonstrate strong knowledge of the EYFS, KS1, and KS2 curriculum.
* You exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* You show a genuine passion for supporting children's academic and personal growth.
* You are adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced primary school setting.
