Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to primary-aged pupils with Special Educational Needs.

* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and other support staff to foster an inclusive classroom atmosphere.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrate a strong commitment to inclusive education.
* Bring proven experience working with primary-aged pupils within a specialist SEN setting.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills, capable of effectively supporting pupils with varying needs.
* Show exceptional adaptability and resilience when transitioning between different school environments and pupil groups.
* Communicate clearly and effectively with pupils, staff, and parents, fostering positive relationships.
