Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored in-class support to pupils with a range of special educational needs.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging learning activities.
* Facilitate the social and emotional development of pupils, promoting positive behaviour.
* Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and track pupil achievements diligently.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals.
* Contribute to creating a stimulating and supportive classroom atmosphere for all learners.
About You
* Possess previous experience working with children with special educational needs, ideally within a primary setting.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting the academic and personal growth of young learners.
* Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships.
* Show a proactive and adaptable approach, responding effectively to diverse pupil requirements.
* Hold relevant qualifications or training in supporting pupils with SEN, or a commitment to professional development.
* Display outstanding patience, empathy, and resilience in a fast-paced educational environment.
