Key Responsibilities

* Encourage the development of essential life skills and foster pupil independence across all activities.
* Monitor pupil progress, providing clear and constructive feedback to teaching staff.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting young people with complex special educational needs.
* Previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils in an SEN setting is highly advantageous.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong rapport with pupils and staff.
* An adaptable and resilient approach to diverse educational challenges is essential for this role.
* You hold the right to work in the UK and can readily provide relevant safeguarding documentation.
