Key Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in the planning and delivery of differentiated learning activities.

• Implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and behavioural support strategies effectively.
• Monitor and record pupil progress, contributing to regular assessments and reviews.

About You
• Possess prior experience working with children with Special Educational Needs, ideally within a primary setting.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting the development and well-being of young learners.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong rapport with pupils and staff.
• Display a patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to daily challenges.
• Be proactive and adaptable, able to respond effectively to varying pupil needs.
• Hold relevant qualifications or training in supporting pupils with SEN is highly desirable.
