Key Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Assess pupil progress effectively, providing targeted feedback and support to ensure sustained improvement.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes excellent behaviour and mutual respect.
• Collaborate constructively with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for all pupils.
• Communicate regularly and positively with parents and carers regarding pupil achievements and development.
• Contribute actively to the wider school community and extracurricular opportunities.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrate a genuine passion for primary education.
• Exhibit excellent classroom management skills, ensuring a productive and safe learning space for all.
• Show a proven ability to differentiate learning experiences to meet the diverse needs of pupils.
• Be a proactive team player, eager to share best practice and support school-wide initiatives.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
• Inspire pupils with a creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
