About the Role
Are you a dedicated SEN Teacher seeking flexible opportunities to make a real impact? We are looking for an enthusiastic SEN Supply Teacher to join a dynamic school community in the Northamptonshire area. This rewarding role offers the chance to support students across various specialist SEN secondary settings, covering classes across adapted curriculum areas on a daily supply and short-term basis. This immediate start position provides valuable experience in diverse educational environments, catering to a range of special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual student needs.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour to ensure a positive learning environment.
* Collaborate with support staff to provide comprehensive assistance to pupils.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and engagement.
* Foster an inclusive and supportive atmosphere where every student feels valued.
* Adhere to school policies and procedures regarding student safeguarding and welfare.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications.
* Possess demonstrable experience working with students in secondary SEN settings.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a calm, patient demeanour.
* Are highly adaptable and able to quickly integrate into new school environments.
* Have a genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of students with special educational needs.
* Are available for daily supply and short-term assignments, ready to start promptly.
