Key Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a primary pupil with complex Special Educational Needs, ensuring their safety and engagement.
* Work collaboratively to implement individualised Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) targets effectively.
* Build a strong, positive rapport with the pupil, understanding their unique communication styles and preferences.
* Assist in adapting learning materials and activities to meet the pupil's specific sensory and developmental requirements.
* Liaise regularly with class teachers, SENCOs, and external therapists to ensure a cohesive support strategy.
* Monitor and record the pupil's progress, contributing to ongoing assessments and future planning.
