Key Responsibilities
* Deliver tailored educational support to pupils holding EHCPs.
* Provide effective one-to-one and small group interventions for primary-aged children.
* Assist pupils with complex learning needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
* Contribute to creating a stimulating and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and specialist staff to implement learning plans.
* Monitor and record pupil progress, adapting support strategies as required.
About You
* Possess demonstrable experience supporting children with special educational needs in a primary setting.
* Have a strong understanding of various complex learning needs, such as ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
* Be adept at delivering effective one-to-one and small group interventions.
* Demonstrate exceptional patience, empathy, and resilience in supporting pupils.
* Hold excellent communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with staff, pupils, and parents.
