This crucial role involves stepping in to deliver engaging lessons as a Cover Supervisor across diverse subjects and year groups, maintaining a positive and productive classroom atmosphere. We offer exceptional flexibility, with opportunities for daily supply, short-term assignments, long-term contracts, and even routes to permanent positions, all offering a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons effectively across a range of secondary subjects.
• Maintain a stimulating and well-managed classroom environment for all students.
• Uphold the behavioural policies and procedures of each school visited.
• Provide clear instructions and support to ensure pupils remain on task.
• Offer constructive feedback where appropriate to student progress.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils under your supervision.
About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent UK teaching qualification.
• Demonstrate recent experience teaching within secondary school environments.
• Exhibit strong classroom management skills and a proactive approach to student engagement.
• Be highly adaptable and resilient, thriving in varied educational settings.
