We are looking for individuals available for daily supply, short-term, long-term, or even permanent positions, with an attractive daily rate ranging from £145 to £160, offering excellent flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour, fostering a positive and productive learning environment.
* Deliver pre-set work across a range of subjects to secondary school pupils.
* Ensure all students remain engaged with their learning tasks throughout the lesson.
* Report any student issues or concerns to the appropriate departmental staff.
* Supervise students during non-lesson times, such as breaks and lunch, if required.
* Uphold the school's high standards and contribute positively to its ethos.
About You
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with young people.
