About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated MFL Teacher, specialising in French and Spanish, to join a thriving secondary school community on a long-term, permanent contract starting September 2026. You will be instrumental in delivering an engaging curriculum that enriches students' understanding of diverse cultures and linguistic proficiency.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver dynamic and challenging French and Spanish lessons across the secondary age range.
* Cultivate an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere where every student feels valued.
* Accurately assess student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
* Collaborate effectively with department colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and resource development.
* Actively participate in the wider life of the school, including extracurricular language clubs.
* Champion the school’s ethos, fostering high expectations for behaviour and academic achievement.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* You are a specialist in both French and Spanish, with the ability to teach across key stages.
* Applications are warmly encouraged from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as more experienced colleagues (MPS/UPS).
* You demonstrate an unwavering passion for modern foreign languages and their cultural significance.
* You are committed to ongoing professional development and refining your pedagogical practice.
* You exhibit excellent communication skills, building strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.
