About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Supply Teacher to join a forward-thinking school in Cambridgeshire. This role provides an excellent opportunity for flexible day-to-day and short-term supply assignments within specialist primary SEN provisions. You will have the chance to work across diverse SEN settings, supporting pupils with varying needs and contributing positively to their educational journey. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to primary pupils with special educational needs.
* Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet individual learning styles and requirements.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and other support staff.
* Assess pupil progress continually, providing constructive feedback and support.
* Maintain a safe, stimulating, and supportive atmosphere for all children.

About You
* You must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Demonstrable experience of working with primary-aged pupils with Special Educational Needs is essential.
* Ability to differentiate curriculum content to cater for a wide range of abilities.
* Possess strong classroom management skills and a calm, authoritative presence.
* You will be a patient, resilient, and highly adaptable individual.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role.
