About the Role
A well-established school in the vibrant East London area is seeking an enthusiastic SEN Supply Teacher for primary provisions. This varied role offers the flexibility of daily supply and short-term contracts, providing crucial support across a range of specialist SEN primary schools. You will have the opportunity to make a tangible difference to pupils' learning experiences, adapting your skills to meet diverse educational needs. This position is available for an immediate start, welcoming dedicated professionals at any career stage from ECT to UPS.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual pupil needs within specialist SEN primary settings.
* Adapt teaching strategies effectively to support children with a wide range of Special Educational Needs.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and well-being.
* Collaborate professionally with support staff to ensure comprehensive pupil care and academic progress.
* Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.
* Manage classroom behaviour positively, fostering a respectful and productive atmosphere.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess experience working with primary-aged pupils with SEN.
* Demonstrate adaptability and resilience, thriving in varied classroom environments.
* Exhibit a compassionate and patient approach to supporting pupils with diverse learning requirements.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
* Be proactive, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality teaching on a supply basis.
* Show a genuine passion for inclusive education and fostering every child's potential.
