Key Responsibilities

About You
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Proven experience working with secondary-aged pupils with complex Special Educational Needs.
* Demonstrable ability to adapt teaching methodologies to meet diverse learning styles.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with pupils and colleagues.
* A patient, resilient, and empathetic approach to supporting pupil development.
